Dawar, led by example. His life was a masterclass in resilience, wisdom, and service, and those values became the compass guiding Puja through every step of her career.

Her mother’s constant encouragement and quiet strength added fuel to that fire—pushing her to question the norm, think differently, and focus on making a real difference in students’ lives. Long before career counseling was widely accepted, it was their belief in meaningful, purpose-led work that gave her the courage to chart a new path.
